Located in heart of Madikeri

Room was covered in black mold, it was all over the ceiling and the room had the most prominent mold and mildew smell. The throw pillows on the bed were very dirty, same with the runner on the end of the bed. We weren’t given towels, and I ended up with severe food poisoning after my stay. My partner and I ate the same food every day, and the only difference was the breakfast. Ended up in hospital for a day and night.

The concept was unique. The entire unit was compact, but well maintained.

Had to face some water issues. But, mostly had a good stay.

It's a residential place and very affordable rate 2150 for 2 nights. But really worth .The host served breakfast too. Actually while many expensive hotels charge 10k easily. The host Sukesh was very friendly. He did whatever we asked for .very nice person. And room is Enough for 3 + 1 child. We are really happy.

After seeing a lot of homestays in Madikeri, I have to say this one made my day! You can see the owner and staff tale care of the clients. It is clean, and nice, very well situated in a quiet street, near the centre

I didnt care for the breakfast, but thats me. A little bit out of town, but not so far as to be a dealbreaker.

Lovely clean modern property, similar feel to a Homestay. Very large room with own independent balcony overlooking greenery. Good breakfast served on the outdoor terrace. Easy walk into the town for restaurants and shopping.

Location is good, quiet, calm & homely. Feel good to return from tiring sight seeing trips and relax.

Firstly, parking. If there are 2-3 cars of guests, it gets tight space wise. Fortunately during our stay, it was 2 cars, so didn't face much issue. Should be senior citizen friendly. Found wash basin & commode too low. No support to hold to sit and get up.And the dinning area up in the terrace has nothing to hold while climbing the steps. It's bit risky for senior, children and others.

The stay is in a good location. The staff is basically one person and he is courteous and a good host.

The stay doesn't have its own restaurant so getting even tea or coffee in the evening, you have to go some distance. I went here in Dussehra so it was a bit overpriced (4500 for 3 people), definitely not worth it in this range.

The house keeper (Prasad) was of great service and help. Really want to shout out to him because he was the main reason the stay was excellent. He is extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you, Prasad

Could do better with cleanliness I suppose but not that it was a deal breaker for me. Overall a wonderful experience! I highly experience.

Staff was good and helpful. Property was clean and good for family not for old people as they have to take stairs

Dependent on staff for auto or cab taxi to hire. As auto stand is 1.5 km away. So costing increases for mobility and sight seeing. Breakfast items are limited and not much option.

Poor service, Very poor management on breakfast,we have to wait almost an hour to get the food that too quantity is not adequate.No adapter to start TV.Only one person managing everything and you have to wait every time. Not recommended to anyone
